Larger-than-promised guarantees during MOSS

After moss shatters records, americas cardroom’s oss cub3d continues tomorrow with the oss
San Jose, Costa Rica – August 22, 2017 – They say that objects in the rearview mirror are larger than they appear, but ACR’s MOSS was gigantic no matter how you look at it. The first leg of Americas Cardroom’s OSS Cub3d wrapped up on Sunday, exceeding all expectations with larger-than-promised guarantees. The momentum continues on Wednesday with their flagship Online Super Series, the second leg of the 3-part series.
“What a way to kick off the OSS Cub3d,” stated Michael Harris, spokesperson for Americas Cardroom. “The player turnout numbers are making waves across the industry and we’re excited to see the OSS blow all records out of the water. Come be a part of it.”
The OSS Cub3d is Americas Cardroom’s wildly successful 3-part online poker series, made up of the Micro Online Super Series (MOSS), Online Super Series (OSS), and Bigger Online Super Series (BOSS). The MOSS ran from August 13th and concluded on August 20th with great fanfare.
The MOSS guaranteed more than $890,000 in prize money, but ultimately paid out $1,494,039. Even more noteworthy is the fact that every single tournament managed to exceed the prize pool guarantee.
Online poker player ybslim won the $250,000 guaranteed Main Event, which saw its final prize pool grow to $431,120. In addition to his first place prize of $74,411, ybslim also secured a sterling silver bracelet to commemorate his victory.

The OSS begins on August 23rd and runs until September 3rd. Online poker players can look forward to 77 events featuring $3,690,000 in prize money. Included in the OSS is the next Million Dollar Sunday Main Event on September 3rd, a $1 million guaranteed poker tournament that has consistently seen its final prize pool grow above and beyond the guarantee.

The series is followed by the BOSS, which runs from September 6th through 10th. The OSS and BOSS Main Event winners will also walk away with a sterling silver bracelet.
The OSS Cub3d also includes a leaderboard. The top 3 ranked players of the $6.7 million series will each win a $4,900 Punta Cana Poker Classic prize package. As of publication time, Rondog219, Herm1oneGranger, and GJB57 own the first three spots on the leaderboard.
